Birth name:
Date of Birth:
5' 8" (1.73 m)
Dorly made her on-air debut ten years ago Co-Hosting the Christian music radio show Gospel Generation airing on CHUO 89FM in Ottawa Canada. In 1999 she moved to Toronto and worked as a Reporter and Anchor for First Local News. It was from the suggestion of an acquaintance that Dorly hired an Agent to explore other opportunities in the media and film industries. The formula worked. In 2003, with the love and support of family and friends, she dedicated herself to acting full time and has never looked back. Dorly has since appeared in various US and Canadian national commercials, TV series, feature films and MOWs. Her most memorable role to date was playing Talisha, a strong-willed and ebullient Reporter in Daniel's Daughter. Her goal this year is to make her debut in Theatre, work abroad in the business and travel to warmer climates. Dorly is blessed artistically. She exhibits her creativity in what she enjoys the most; cooking, painting, decorating, and sewing. Somewhat of an HGTV Junkie, she is completely engulfed with everything that has to do with fashion design and home decor. Dorly holds an Honours Degree in Communication from the University of Ottawa, a Post Graduate Diploma in Broadcast Journalism from Humber College and a Canadian Fashion Designer Diploma from Richard Robinson Fashion Design Academy.
