In fact, Joiner took his daughter with him for business trips around the country. Even so, he wanted the best for his beloved daughter, and backed her career. Although the all-American beauty was from Georgia, she is a French-American. Her family descent traces to France, causing Christy to identify with ancestors. At the tender age of five, she expressed her creative talents through playing classical piano. Playing the piano was the cornerstone of Christyne's artistic gifts. She studied ballet, and she appeared on television at an early age due to her golden blonde hair and bright blue eyes. Known as a celebrity at such a young age, her family encouraged Christy to pursue her education. After graduating from Henderson High School in Atlanta, Georgia, she won the spotlight once again when former conductor of the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, Yoel Levi, discovered Christy. In 1995, Christy played Chopin, Beethooven, and Mozart for a myriad of A.S.O. functions and charity events. Her music followed her to University of Georgia and Georgia State University, where Christy studied theater, art, and music. Even so, her passion and dreams pushed Christy to continue acting and playing the piano. In 2000, Christy's national attention came to the forefront when she was discovered in a pageant and signed by a major modeling agency. She received many endorsements, and she became the face and Spokesmodel for various companies. To this day, Christy appears on billboards, and she adorns magazines around the world. In 2006, her father died from prostate cancer on Christy's birthday. She had taken a leave of absence in her lucrative field of modeling/acting to take care of her dad. Since then Christy works under a show business name in order to maintain her privacy. Instead of her professional model name, she decided to take on her father's French middle family name. Born to be a star, this lady proves through and through to be a survivor. Whether you call her Christy, Isabella, or Bella Cannon, the fact remains that the soul shines in a multitude of ways.
