Glyn Angell (also known as Glyn Angel) was born in Chichester in West Sussex, and became a member of the Chichester Festival Youth Theatre in 1998, where he was spotted by his agency while working on a television project Zig Zag (BBC) which he gained through the theatre, within two weeks of joining he landed a role opposite Simon Callow in William Shakespeare's' Chimes At Midnight at the Chichester Festival Theatre. He also participated in another of their plays, George Farquar's The Recruiting Officer, A String Of Pearls and Doctor Faustus. Glyn Angel was the voice of the young Winston Churchill in the In The Footsteps Of Churchill documentaries (BBC4). He also recently appeared in the short film A Good Night Out (BBC/WSYOT) and other credits include Dispatches (CH4), Zig Zag (BBC), along with various adverts. Glyn has lent his voice to the radio plays The Summer Of A Dormouse with Joss Ackland and The Dark Tower.
